Donna Capuano, OSU, is an Ursuline Sister of Cleveland. She is the Founder and Director of the Career Transition Office located in the Ursuline Sophia Center. The Center is an entrepreneural ministry of the Ursulines where for five years she also served as the Executive Director. Donna holds a Masters in Educational Administration, certification in the Management of Lifelong Education from Harvard University and certified training in Career Management. Her first career spanned education from teacher to college administrator. She then entered the corporate world as a consultant and finally as an enterpreneur began the Career Transition Office. She has held leadership roles on several Boards and national and state organizations. She has written many articles, and given numerous presentations and workshops locally and nationally. Experiences she shares are change as opportunity, entrepreneurship, and career transition issues.
