Margaret Eilerman is a Sister of St. Joseph of Orange who lives in Spring Valley, California. She has been the Director of several non-profit agencies, most notably of Catholic Charities of Marin County. She has been a facilitator for the last 20 years and, as such, has worked with many non-profit entities.

Regina Fox, SSND

Regina Fox, SSND , is a nonprofit consultant with experience facilitating diverse groups, including mature and startup organizations. She specializes in strategic, board and development planning for nonprofit organizations as well as pastoral council development and planning. Her background as the first administrator of Notre Dame High School, the first development director of the School Sisters of Notre Dame, St. Louis, and as cofounder of a St. Louis metropolitan area AIDS service organization, broadens her understanding of clients' concerns. Regina also served as a board member with emerging and established agencies, so she recognizes the challenges of the nonprofit environment.
She is at ease as a facilitator, presenter, and consultant to:
- conduct organization assessments
- enhance administrative management
- facilitate planning retreats and other meetings
- develop boards to increase financial commitment
- strengthen annual giving programs
- improve visibility through coordinated communications
- organize and market special events
